This course offers an in-depth exploration of contract structure, focusing on a detailed analysis of each paragraph to enhance understanding and drafting skills. Participants will engage with real-world examples to identify key clauses and common pitfalls, equipping themselves with the knowledge to create comprehensive and legally sound documents. This course goes paragraph-by-paragraph through the residential sales contract with emphasis on understanding each provision by applying it to real world examples. This course is ideal for newer agents who don't have as much experience with the sales contract, but even experienced agents will learn new aspects of the residential sales contract.
